Crash to desktop on Bloom

When ever I try to Turn on bloom or adjust the slider I get a CTD. . . Anyone else have this, I miss bloom!!

    Try lowering the View Distance Slider to the minimum. This works on some of my toons with CTD Disorder.
    But, yeah, happens to me too, but only on a few of my 38 or so characters. I think about 5 of them, all at level 36+ and all starting on Monster Island.

    SO did you find a fix or are we all screwed?
