This is only on my laptop. I have an ATI Mobility Radeon 4200 Series graphics card on it. Whats ironic is it plays a game called City of Heroes with no tearing... and when I turn on Champions, I have no problems at all. For a whole 30 seconds, everything is whole.
Then it slowly turns into this.
I have tried everything. I fiddled with the lowest graphics to the highest to figure it out. I've activated VSync which fixes it... for thirty seconds. Then it comes back. I've even tried reinstalling the game with CD instead of through online means(Yeah. Still keep it. Go figure!).
Even the drivers. I think I had to use AMD for this.
