Bunker Buster still bugged, 0 HP Nemesis

As the title says, at the end of Bunker Buster, more often than not, your nemesis will go down to 0 HP but won't die.

It's been broken a long time now, when are you planning to fix it?

This EXACT thing happened to me with my PA nem,I just dropped the mission and re-did it about 10 to 20 mins later and everything went along perfectly,I free everyone,fight the minions,bust thru the door,other heros I freed stand there and not do anything and I fight every villain in the last room to the finish including my nem,finishing the mission.Try dropping and re-doing it a couple minutes later and see if it works.

Long (and getting longer) standing issue. Either it works perfectly or it bugs completely.

I've heard that it tends to work better with fewer end villains (so get your allies defeated beforehand - it modifies the spawn group size), so maybe that'll help.
