alternative skin for Ninja Vanish

I have a proposal for a ninja vanish skin, called Active Camouflage.
Instead of throwing a smoke grenade down, you get a faint rainbow like shimmer, followed by the invisibility, and again when it turns off. The effect would be accompanied by an electric/tech sounding flashing noise for switching on and off. The basic idea is to shoot for an effect similar to the effect used in Ghost in the Shell or Metal Gear.
It would be neat if you could have an emanation point selection that allows you to smugly wave bye to the enemies, do the arm band activation animation (such as on the orbital canon activation animation), or touching the side of the head in a manner that looks like you're pushing a button on the side of your head.
This would allow the power to be thematically used by specops, space aliens, and tech/cyber ninjas without breaking the concept.
