Acquixian, since Mill City is a rebuilt Detroit, all you have to do is look at a map. The river does connect to the Atlantic Ocean - eventually... However, as a matter of practicality, it would be much like swimming from Kansas City, MO, to Lemuria (which, if I recall correctly, is supposed to be in the Indian Ocean, isn't it?). Sure, the Missouri River washes into the Gulf of Mexico, and thus into the Atlantic, eventually, but why would you want to try to swim all that??

When will we be getting a "Become Teddy Bear" device? Apparently this has been passed along to the devs sometime before the PWE merger (post #6 within first link), but there hasn't been any news of it yet from what I've seen. I'm hoping to see them this holiday season, maybe as one of a collection of permanent "Become Toy" devices.

i think the telepathy framework needs new powers and slot passives or at least a revision of the current powers like:
"induce pain:" that generates pain which reduces damage inflicted or "migraine: that stun the foes, decreased damage and generate random debuffs like fear, pain or desoriented" and for the slot passive something like "unleshed potentian:" that increased the characterists of all near by allies depending on their roles, for example: for the healers, increased healing; for the tanks, increased defenses; for the ranged and the brawerls, incresed the damage they deal.
"the manipulator" form does not work with "ego storm" thats supposed to be like that or it's just a mistake?
the power replace items are going to return someday?

Does the Report A Bug tool in game actually generate bug reports that get read? If not, where should we be reporting bugs (like the Viper Field Kit at the Qulaar Crash Site that requires Science Skill 101+ but can't be picked up by a character with Science Skill 200?) And if it does, why don't I see the reported bug in the View My Tickets button?

Will vehicle controls work on my x-box controller? (if not i won't be able to use a vehicle by the way) and will we be able to use the custom keybinds to customise the vehicle controls like we can with the current hero controls?

I understand that this question is unlikely to be picked, since it deals with a problem I suspect most players don't have, but I thought I'd give it a try, anyway.
I was a very active player, and severe alt-oholic, up until the major changes to the game that came with On Alert. At that point, my strong aversion to retconning/respeccing characters, the sheer number of characters I'd have to respec, the unwelcome changes the new system would force on some of my character concepts, and certain things going on in RL convinced me to drop the game for a while (as a lifetime member I didn't actually cancel my subscription). I've missed this game, thought, and I'd really like to give it a try again. The trouble is, I have no interest, given the changes, in continuing my characters at their current levels- I'd rather just start over (though, being the alt-oholic I am, I'd want to restart ALL my characters slots). The problem is, I don't want to lose the various event-related titles my characters have earned- in some cases, I worked very hard to get certain titles which are especially appropriate to certain characters, and I want to keep some sort of memento of having been around during certain things, anyway. (I'm also not happy about having to deal with my characters' possessions, or super group memberships, but I can think of some admittedly annoying ways to deal with those problems.)
So, my question is, is there any chance that there will ever be a way to completely restart a character while keeping that character's event-related titles (and maybe equipment and supergroup ranking, too)? Or, failing that, a way to shift certain kinds of perks/titles between characters?
Oh, and I'd also like to echo the poster a few posts above me- will we ever get our character profiles page back? i liked being able to look at my characters when I wasn't actually playing.

I second the question for almost the same reasons, but I would like to add: Will there ever be an option or an item we can buy so we can just reduce a character back to at least level 6? I would certainly buy those because of just making a new cloned character of one I already made up (done it already at least 12 times), it would be a neat way to keep playing the same character over and over. Though I know most people that play online in my experience usually like to grind, specially w/ their level 40 characters, am from the group that feels that after level cap is achieved the fun mostly, if not entirely, ends.
Not in a million years am I suggesting to eliminate retcons or cancel exp gifting coz they are and/or will be very useful, just wondering if there will be a token I can buy or an option to just take a character's exp away.
Oh and if you are wondering if it would be a cheat to basically retcon for free, I simply suggest you lock all previous power selections and make them available again at the appropriate levels (kind of like an AT) upon regaining the appropriate level again and if one wants to change previously choosen powers then a retcon or standard resources in PH apply normally.
