I recently purchased a Recurring subscription ( Because hell, I cant find anywhere to by the gametime cards which were recently removed ) - and because I wanted to prevent myself getting billed in the future I removed my payment method, I subscribed today and I was charged. This is the result.

Type: 1-Month Recurring Gold
Status: CANCELLED
Play Time Until: July 16, 2012
Subscribed For: 91.08 days

I was informed that cancelling the subscription would leave me with the remaining gametime (which is 30 days, i believe).

Not sure what to think of this or just completely cut myself off from this game and not take the matter any further.

    if you already payed you should go and email about it, this should not go unpunished.

    When you log into the game, does it show your current status as Gold or Silver?

    Gold, but I'm going to see tomorrow before I attempt again.

    I ask because when I unsubbed, the Account page showed my cancel date as being the day I took out the CC info, but I was still able to play as Gold until my last 30 days ran out. It's possible you're seeing the same thing.

    You probably cancelled before your CC was actually charged. Double check your CC account to see if a charge showed up. If not, you need to resubscribe and give the system time to process the charge before you cancel.

    When I had to update my credit card info recently, I stayed Gold until the end of my billing period, even though my account said cancelled. Sound like things are operating as expected.
