S/he/its alert button shows up as an ugly white box

I actually saw the image a moment ago, and it turns out the name is misspellt in the image. And when it swapped, it went back to the intimidating white box.

I've also been getting no name and "Alert!" graphic or announcer sound for him.

I'm still getting this problem occasionally. It came up on a Bank Robbery Alert yesterday, for example.

The only hrodgeir(or however you spell it) alert with his picture are the smash ones,his grab and burst still have a white block in them.
