PWE support page will not load at all

First of I apologize if this is a the wrong forum for my issue.. Anyway here goes
Recenty I tried accessing a ticket I have submitted from the Champions Online web page. When I clicked 'support' it redirected my to a PWE page where I had to login again in order to access my tickets. However each time I tried to hit 'login' the browser just would not load the page. What can i do? How do I access support ? Any ideas?
For more info I can tell that Ive merged my Cryptic and PWE accounts and now the same login and pass should be working for everything.
