Clobber + Accelerated Metabolism

How does this advantage work with Clobber?

Does it have a 20% chance every damage tick?

    Not worth it. Attach the advantage to an attack you're going to use often if you even take it at all.

    yes it does. but it can only proc once ever 12 or 15 seconds. waste of points if you ask me.

    15 AFAIK. Why AM is such a waste of points for any power in the end, unless you have absolutely nothing else period to spend it on.

    Unfortunately I do not.

    Clobber, Mighty Leap, and Thunderclap are the only powers I can spend the point on.

    Clobber seemed like the best way to go...giving me a 20% chance to build energy faster.

    Mighty Leap seems like the second best option.
