My advice is to check your balance in-game, if you haven't done that already. If it's zero there, check under Charge Zen -> My Wallet, up there at the top of the screen here, and see if it was just put in your Wallet instead of being properly allocated to the game. If both figures are 0, file a ticket, which is no longer the joke it once was.
