The Ranger - skilled woodsman, hunter, tracker and fighter. This build features Archery attacks for ranged damage, Dual Blades for melee damage, a pair of animal companions, high Dodge and some minor healing in BCR. It is inspired by the Ranger class of Dungeons and Dragons.

Build
Storm of Arrows is used at range to pin enemies in place and damage them as you approach, then Sword Cyclone and Dragon's Wrath are used to tear enemies apart in melee. The build can be used in Ranged role with focus on the Archery attacks if melee is too dangerous, the target moves around frequently, or you often need to move in and out of melee range for whatever reason. Alternatively the Archery attacks can be used mostly for utility while the DB attacks are used in Melee role for extra damage.
Evasive Maneuvers increases Dodge, drops you into stealth and has a 50% chance to drop your Threat. Your animal summons, in addition to adding some flavour and DPS to the build, are also there to keep mob aggro so they do not reset if you drop Threat while soloing. The high Dodge chance and various forms of damage resistance along with BCR, pets and an aggro dump gives the build a bit more bulk than most DPS builds.
Gear Suggestions
Armadillo secondaries, PSS POff with PSS mod, Avoidance PDef with Avoidance/Dodge mod, Cost Reduction PUtil with Cost Reduction mod. Find room for one Strength mod. Prioritise Dex and Int; Con is just there to give you a decent HP pool.
