Goal: To eliminate the gangs in Westside and other villainous groups.

Brief Backstory:
Andrew Jones worked as a clown under the name of Mr.Sunshine, doing parties and working in various circuses. One day, while walking along the docks, he witnessed a Maniacs murder. The Maniacs would later kidnap him and torture him, forcing him to play sick and twisted games that only ended in pain for the clown. He would be dumped into the waters by the docks. However, he came into contact with toxic waste, which gave him regenerative powers, super strength, increase muscle mass and the ability to fly. He would later become a hero in Westside and form the Westside Riderz.
Mainly focussed in Westside, the Riderz recruit mostly victims of gang violence and others who wish to take the law into their own hands and bring gangs such as the Copra Lords, Black Aces and Maniacs to justice. United under Mr. Sunshine, the Riderz often use unconventional weapons to fight crime, including using the gangs of Westside's own technology and weaponry against them. They will bring justice to Westside and the rest of Millennium City, by any means necessary.
