Cannot create a character even though I have an open slot.

Just bought a new AT and deleted a character so I'd have a slot. Now I have two Silver heroes, like 6 Gold, and an open slot but it wont let me create a hero in the open slot. It will let me go through the character creation process but once I enter a name and hit "Skip Tutorial" or whatever the game says something along the lines of "No available character slots."

Had I known that I can't create new characters for whatever reason I wouldn't have wasted the 920 CP on the dang AT.

I should have 3 slots that I can make silver heroes in since I had this account when the free character slot was given out right?

    There appears to be a bug affecting those of us who were once Gold, but have since gone Silver. There's a thread down in the Bug Reports forum, too. We keep submitting tickets - maybe one day, we'll get an answer...

    Sadly that answer will probably be about how it's a feature, not a bug and to just go buy more character slots.
