Is there a way to toggle the interface off but keep the health bar in view?

    Yes I did,But there's any options for turning off the interface and keep the Health bar.

    Well, i guess you can't do it then.

    What about the options that makes your character's name and health hover over his head? That exists, right? You could turn that on and turn the rest off, and your health will always be over your head. Probably not energy, though.
