What to do with a new Keyboard and Naga Mouse

Ok, first off this thread is a request for help. I now have both of the above. I have no idea how to use them, what can be done with them to improve the play experience, etc. 5 macro keys, don't know how to use them. Suggestions anyone?

    Razer Blackwidow. I see the words Razer and Blackwidow are missing in my thread title thanks to this excellent phone.

    Unfortunately the users manual seems lacking for the keyboard. Shows nothing about how to actually make macros once the software is downloaded. Looked through Razer's support site and haven't found much I can use.

    I guess I am wondering what can be done and what others have done to enhance game play. Its a fairly broad subject.

    Edit: I found the manual in another location in the packing materials. Better yet, I found a youtube video with some excellent instructions on line. So on with the real purpose of this thread. What do you do to enhance game play with a programmable keyboard?
