Hi Everyone,
I have been playing for a while and I have never been able to get this type of device to work. Recently I picked up a level 14 jackhammer. When I target an opponent the icon for the device (in primary offense) is much lighter than the others. I press "8" the number for that slot and nothing happens.
I put a regular power in my "4" slot and pressing 4 activates it. Using the key bind menu I then assign 4 to my primary offense slot and when I press it (with a target in range and selected) nothing happens. Someone please tell me what I am doing wrong. (I doubt those unlocks are really worth it but it is annoying to have the think and not be able to use it...)

I thought you just got some hammer...
Yea, Munition PR's are "funny" that way that those don't say it's a power replacer. And there's guns that are Power Replacers which you can use without having gun power, like Plasma Rifle.
