"Greetings people of the city, I Dr. Ivan Aroko, am seeking out vicious beast to side with my master intellect. Now you probably are wondering who is this rumbling old man? I was at one point partners with lesser Dr. Moreau. http://www.champions-online-wiki.com/wiki/Dr._Moreau Together we had planed to reshape the world to our desires. Till Moreau got greedy and took over lab on monster island. . . the little weasel. . . anyway, I took it upon myself to create prefect creatures, something that would out due those lousy no good heroes! What makes me different from Moreau? I am perfectionist, he is not clearly seeing he was utterly defeated. . . So time is right. . . Time to gather together to form prefect pack!
