HELP - No Dragging

I just changed from a past gold to a currant silver.

The changing process from my past electricity based character to an Inferno character seemed to go smoothly

However, when I try to drag Powers from the Powers window onto my Power slot windows I get next to nothing.

I can drag Block to and from Powers to the Block slot without any difficulty

None of the other Dragging works. The Power blinks when I click on it. The slot blinks when I click on it but nothing else.

My jet pack works just fine if a little slower than I remember.

So I'm stuck, Champions is no fun if you can't play :(

When you click-and-hold on a power icon, does the icon go WITH your mouse cursor to the power-tray and just not "land" in a slot? I often go to drag a power and don't hit the sweet spot and the power doesn't drag. Alternately, perhaps you have the power slots locked so that they CAN'T be moved? I don't know if that would prevent dropping new/different powers into a slot or not, but maybe it would....

If it's just a matter of moving them around on the tray you can use the right mouse drag to do it without having to go through the Powers window.

No. It works that way only with my Block Icon.
Every other power doesn't behave as it should. The square icon doesn't separate from the text. Let alone being able to drag it. The whole rectangle acts when I click on it. But no seperation.

Maybe if I delete and re-install?

Thanks for everyone who took the trouble to read and advise.

For the record, all of the difficulties revolved around some server problems that caused crash after crash.
