FC.20.20110915.1 Patch Notes
ETA: 9:30 PM PST (GMT-7)

General Gameplay:
  • The Monster Island History: Wayferer Coast perk has been updated to reflect Qwyjibo's origin.

Millennium City
  • Fight Club: Evidence can now be reacquired if it is dropped.

Canada Crisis
  • Blight of the Living Dead: All open mission objectives now have waypoints.

Canada
  • Sabotaging the Snake: Prisoners in the VIPER lab can now always be freed.

Monster Island
  • Andrith Ruins: The "Elements of Andrith" mission should now always complete properly.
  • The Most Dangerous Game: The door to the Argent Hunting Lodge now glimmers.

Nemesis
  • Some nemesis missions have been adjusted so Nemesis Tokens are granted upon the completion of the mission chain rather than the completion of mission objectives.

Hero Games
  • King of the Hill: All players participating in this game should now properly receive Acclaim.

    Wow, I never noticed that issue with the Qwyjibo lore, but a quick look on the wiki and I can see why it should be fixed. While you are at it, can you take a look at Mega-Terak's bio. I realize he is supposed to be that tall in pnp but height restriction make it so he is no where near that tall.

    Bug fixes are good, but I'll admit I'm a bit disappointed no updates on Unarmed or PvP gear.

    And I'm quite on the verge of raising a stink about the Archery Strafe = Sword-Bow bug...

    I haven't played my Archery toon for weeks because of that...

    Heck, I may even raise a ruckus...

    :(

    But yes, bug fixes are nice and I'm sure the KotH fix will be especially appreciated...

    Heh. Finally figured that one out, huh? Happy to see the optimum play strategy actually involve a variety of nemesis missions again, even if the 6 hour lockout is a bit petty.

    Now what would be really nice is if you went through and made sure ALL nemesis mission actually granted nemesis tokens, because about half of them give you squat over bumpkiss.

    In other news: I'd like to be be to get into the Telios lab on MON again some day - having what is clearly a lair be locked by having a particular mission (making it single use content) is kinda completely against the intent of lairs, isn't it?

    Indeed. It's annoying when I go do a nemesis mission and get nothing out of it.

    Yeah, Unarmed isn't even on the calendar, and the "New Silver AT" is due out next week.

    I get the feeling they aren't going to PTS them at this point.

    Well, it was said that there were new hand techniques for Unarmed. They've never pushed new powers live without at least a brief PTS pass.

    I like to think that they're polishing up new powers and the changes they're going to be introducing to the PTS, before they actually do so.

    I hope Unarmed will get the Uppercut/Dragon Punch that was in Might during Beta. :)

    They're being very secretive bout the new (to Silver) AT. Is it definitely new to all or just moving a pay for AT to FTP?
    If it is new to all then it's weird not to test it on PTS with at least a month to work on any probs/improvements that may arise. A new unarmed AT with changes to the unarmed set is definitely PTS business I'd have thought.

    That uppercut could be followed by a big punch, slamming your target on the floor, it looked good.

    This is a good point. Can some Cryptimizoid give us a very brief update, even an unofficial opinion on whether Unarmed will change at all in the next 10 days?

    Someone needs to test PFF on KoTH pvp map to see if it has the same bugged behavior as on live. You currently recieve out of combat regeneration if not greater even during combat.

    A vertical Column attack would be cool, but I question how useful it'd be. :]
    It would be great -- for orbital cannon, condemn, and vengeance. I don't think vertical column code exists, though.

    Rotate the damage volume 90 degrees? >_> (I'm sure that would break more than it would be worth; it'd be real funny if all cylinder attacks accidentally got changed to vertical columns.)
