Old GM Tickets and Bug Reports

I just upgraded to gold and I sent a GM ticket for a question I had. Back when I was silver, I had sent a bug report. Looking at the window, it gives the option to "close ticket" with the GM ticket I sent, but the button is grayed out with the bug report. Is there anyway to remove these, or will my ticket window be flooded with old bug reports?
