FC.20.20110819.5 Patch Notes
ETA: 10:30 PM PST (GMT-7)

Powers:
Archery
  • Quarry: AoE powers that are neither melee nor ranged powers (such as Force Eruption, Telekinetic Maelstrom, Pillar of Poz, etc.) would not proc Audacity. This has been corrected.

Darkness
  • Spirit Reverberation: Typos in the description have been corrected. This is just a description change.

Telekinesis
  • Ego Reverberation: This power no longer uses part of the description from Spirit Reverberation. This is just a description change.

Gadgeteering
  • Experimental Burst Ray: The "Out of Phase" debuff applied by this power has had the tooltip updated to properly match the effect. In addition, the resistance provided by this debuff has been reduced.

Ice
  • Ice Barrier: The Energy cost cap formula for this power has been changed from 95% of your Max Energy to 50% of your Max Energy.

Travel
  • Jet Pack: Description has been adjusted.

    Does this mean that if you use Ice Barrier with a full energy bar, you only lose half of it instead of all of it now? If so, that's a significant buff.

    The issue with Ice Barrier is that if you had a Travel Power on, or had multiple pets out, it would cost more End than you could actually get. This is even more painful if you have Rec as your Superstat, as at rest you'd be at nearly full End.

    So it's more of a bug fix (as all the other powers that took your entire End bar had been dropped to 50ish% sometime back) than anything else.

    It's not like Ice Barrier is at risk of overperforming.

    Wow! The change to Ice Barrier could actually help to make my Ice character easier to use. I'm actually looking forward to this.

    Is there any chance we can get the mishes in Lemuria "Refugee Whiz" and Reef Madness" looked at? They are both impossible to finish as of current. Maybe NPC escort on a whole, because I've noticed they are all kind of wonky.

    Bug: There are still colored circles and outlines on players in team-based PvP. These were added as a solution to a non-existent problem and perform no other function besides adding visual clutter. The PvP community does not, and never did, want them. Please remove them.

    Personal Force Field is still vastly underperforming when pit against every other defensive. :(

    This is all well and good, but could you update PFF so it's actually a viable defensive passive?
    It's be broken since launch for crying out loud! :mad:

    Bug Report: Hideout shared banks have only 10 slots, this is a pathetic non-feature, which can be out-performed by sending two e-mails to yourself. We need at least a standard bank tab available as standard.This has been pushed to live despite universal complaints from the players. What's the point in having a PTS if you don't listen to the 'Testers'?

    Hideout banks are already live, complaining on the PTS won't do anything now.

    I guess I'm alone in being pleased that the shared bank slots EVEN EXIST. I'll buy a few more from time to time once the oportunity exists, but I'm glad to have them.

    Maybe you should read it too because Robobo has already said he will look into making changes.
