Dodge stacking

I am aware that dodge suffers from diminishing returns. But quite a bit of the powers that add dodge only add them while powers are active. Is there an easier way to check what your dodge is at other than fighting while the character info tab is out (which is what I've been doing). I'm planning on retconning my char and doing some dodge tests to see what I really want to do.

Test it on a box next to the Power Trainer.. That's what I normally do.

Better yet copy to the PTS and play around.

Parry's advantage for example scales upwards with DEX.

It would be nice if it said that in the tooltip for the power. Not saying you are wrong, just want it in the tooltip along with the amount. Especially when it is a +___ amount versus a +__% amount.

agreed. and moreso, a formula or 2 would be nice. Freeform's a pain, since the data for how powers scale and how buffs stack is impossible to find.

The wiki has a good deal of information, also ask people in CoPvP channel. Thers a fair amount of repository information people there who can tell you how things stack.

huh, every time I check the wiki for powers, it pretty much just tells me the same stuff the builder and tooltips do. Am I missing something?

IMO, I would like to see a small window displaying current Physical, Energy, Dodge and Avoidance numbers so I can track where I am at in combat. It would help to determine whether to click a buff or stand pat.

    Does anyone else agree?

I'm not sure about Physical and Energy since I'm not in the habit of switching gear in the middle of a fight, so they stay constant, but for Dodge and Avoidance, yeah, I'd love to be able to see something on-screen.
