Worry free AutoAttacking (MMO right click style)

I missed the way other MMOs allowed you to right click targets to begin autoattacking, with some tricky setup, I managed to get that effect, but I had to delve into binds to do it.

The effects of this setup are:
Holding down the right mouse and dragging will enable camera look mode.
Right clicking a target will select it and begin autoattacking.
Middle mouse click will disengage autoattacking.
Right clicking thin air will select and autoattack the closest target (depending on your targeting options whether this means distance or closest to camera center).
Left clicking a target will select it but not engage autoattack

In options:
1. Set right mouse drag to enable camera move.
2. Set right mouse press to select cursor target.
3. Set left mouse click to select cursor target.
4. Set auto-attack to detoggle on target change.

Optional if you want to cancel auto-attack when opponent dies.
(NOTE: You can't use change cancels if you don't use click unselects. Or mouse dragging stops auto-attack)
5. Disable Click unselects target
6. Use the Auto-Attack toggle Change Cancels option

binds:
7. Enter this bind: /bind rightclick DefaultAutoAttack 1
8. Enter this bind: /bind middleclick DefaultAutoAttack 0

NOTE: The reason you can't use PowerTrayExec, is that autoattack slot is setup to only accept +PowerTrayExec, and that command always toggles. Also, -PowerTrayExec does nothing

I have my settings to "MMO Controls" and "Like Fantasy Games" and it seems to automatically start my energy-builder when I right click on a target. Maybe there's just an option somewhere?
