A lot of people in-game can be pretty intolerant of non-english speakers I agree, I understand your frustration. Zone chat can be especially rough on people for whom english is a second language. I wish I had a solution for you, but I can at least offer you my sympathy.
Yeah, zone chat is pretty much "speak English or die", I understand that it can be frustrating.
On the other hand, I do not especially enjoy zone filling up with gibberish, it's bad enough when that gibberish is in English, when it's in Russian or Greek or Arabic it takes it to a whole other level of I-am-so-turning-off-zone-right-now.
My best advice? Join a SG that speaks your native language and use SG chat.
(I seem to remember some rule saying in-game public chat should be in English, but I can't find that rule. I might be misremembering. Or it might be in another game entirely).

There is one group, I don't know if they are still active, Liga Brazil.
There is also the group A Ultima Liga. I know a couple of great people in there.
Their website is here: A Ultima Liga
if I can find any others I'll let you know
(Google translated bit, just to make things easier)
