Rebuke self targeting

Is there a way I could set a tray slot to target myself and then use Rebuke. I love the power but sometimes the heat of battle I need a heal and forget to target myself first.

I can get it to bind to a key

/$$bind T "Target_Self $$ +PowerSlotExec 8"

but is there a way to do it on the tray?

I didn't see any macros but I've missed things before :p

    Why not use the key that corresponds to the tray the power is in, for your bind? Thus, if you wanted to be able to use the "3 key" to target yourself and cast rebuke, you can...
