Supergroup menu troubles here...

Having trouble with the supergroup menu - specifically, the one where you change rank names and edit permissions. At first, I couldn't get down to the first, second, third and fourth rank. Now I managed to get down there by fiddling with the window literally for about an hour, and I can't get back above the FIFTH rank. Is there no way to 'scroll' this window? My mad fiddling will no longer work. I've tried changing the aspect scaling of the UI, my screen resolution, and nothing.
