First off, apologies for the mass tl;dr. Bare with me.
So, I resubbed and I'm trying desperately to like this game (again) in spite of the onslaught of chat glitches and what have you. I'm looking for RP groups that do more than just stand around Caprice for some of my characters, but I have encountered a problem: A lot of them aren't the sort to go fill out an application to join one. They might be too lazy, too disconnected or can't even be seen by certain people at the moment. (Note, however, I don't mind doing them OOC on their behalf.)
I'd like a group that is active and not too demanding with OOC time requirements. I'll be active, too, but my work and other life obligations prevent me from logging on at a whim sometimes. Other times, they don't, and I'll be on a lot.
These are the characters I'm looking for groups for and possible ideas for how they could be recruited:
Wastor - A middle-aged (though she'll never admit that) hero that specializes in stealing stuff from bad guys. Somewhat childish in the sense she enjoys the occasional prank. Very mischievous, but never in a malicious way.
Recruitment: Probably for her to try and (playfully) take something from another hero, get caught, break whatever it is on accident (something expensive maybe?) and then have them not believe her when she insists it was just for the lulz. It would all get resolved when the cops (or any other applicable group) confirms her story and she requests to join the group of her "captor" to do some work to make up for the prank.
Notes: Level 40; build still being worked out.

Fable - A mystic / magic - ish hero. She was originally a bedtime story brought to life by a young girl with partially doormat magic; however, only the child could see her, and her civilian parents scolded her as she got older about still having an imaginary friend. Her creator stopped believing she was there and thus could no longer see her.
Fable can currently only be seen by those with active, strong magic.
Recruitment: Must be recruited by some kind of mage or other magic sort. She'll go with pretty much anyone who is willing to help her find a way to make it so everyone can see / hear her.
OOC: Level 39. At 40, she'll be a healer / support build.

Virago - A fire and ice user. Not a hero, nor a villain, but rather just "someone with powers". Her typical day consisted of doing ordinary civilian stuff (except in a much stranger outfit) until she accidentally almost burned down an entire building in MC. She agreed to join some "new hero program" after that simply because being so out-of-control annoyed her. Even though she's on the older side compared to a lot of heroes (nearing her 40s), she has very little control of her powers because they've had very limited use.
Recruitment: Virago was nearly arrested after her powers went awry and they weren't sure it was accident, but agreed to be "mentored" to help control them. Obviously, she needs the aforementioned mentor, so anyone to fill that role / their group is who she would join.
OOC: Level 20, fire/ice build.

Shikra: Lazy. So lazy. In the real world, Shikra would be that guy that stays locked away in the basement playing World of Warcraft all day and doing nothing else. Ever. Except she'd be a chick. She's a mutant, from a long line of mutants, and has been a huge let down to her family.
Recruitment: A friend of mine is willing to alt as her mother for a temporary RP. Maybe as an old friend of someone she can ask to get her daughter into shape and help her stop being such a loser? Something like that. That part could even be off screen. I dunno. Hit me with ideas.
OOC: Level... 18? Something like that. Electricity build.
If none of these fit with your SG, feel free to post anyway because I have other alts who ARE the type to go out and seek a group on their own.
