Searching for Leaders and Members for new all-round-focused SG

Hey!
I want to create a very special SG. Im a pretty new but very active champion and I hade some ideas for a SG I would really enjoy to realise. Im the leader of a little (about 40 members) Fun-Group at the moment but most members arent very active and I want to take things a little more seriously now.
To found this SG Im searching for some other equal Leaders (I thought of about 4-6 Leaders) with there special duties and a democratically voting-system for bigger questions. Every Leader should establish and manage a special part of CO he really enjoys the most (for example: social-aspect, power-lvl-aspect, RP-aspect, )
The main ideas I want to realise with this SG are:
1.
A SG-Wiki where every user should post his own character(s) and nemesis with its name, some pictures, and a little background-story. Everyone can feel free to add some fictional sidekicks, ex-villains, or other historical characters to build a story around his Hero. Also there will be space for Sub-Groups, Locations, ect what ever the player want to add to his Champions Story.
2.
Im not planning to start this as a RP-group. But if there are enough members who would enjoy something like that I would like to start something like weekly RP-events where one player can create stories and share the missions to everyone who likes to join. Within these events every player should really role-play.

Weekly in-game meetings to discuss new ideas and stuff.

Like I said up there I want an equal leader-staff with special duties. Every Leader should really enjoy his part of management! For example I would like to manage and run this wiki (because, as a SPORE-fan, the creative component of CO is my personal focus. I like to show my creations to others and I also like to see what others have done with the in-game-editor and what brainchild they had for there creations). One other could run these RP-events (he should really enjoy creating RP-stories). As Im new in this game there should at least be one leader with a higher experience. So he could help others building there Champions and stuff (so someone should do that who likes to be the wise man). Then there should be a Social-worker a person who really likes to interact with other. This Leader could focus on recruiting and organize meetings that everyone comes to know each other or run a Forum maybe or start SG-PVP tournaments (this tournaments could also be ran by the wise man to see the weak spots of the members and them become stronger). So if there is any aspect of this game u really enjoys and you like to manage this aspect in a SG, you are right for a leading position.

I really want this to become fun for everyone. So I dont want any exact guidelines like playtimes ECT. But there are still a few rules. So you should make one costume in team-colours, and if you are offline for to long (about 1 month maybe) u will be kicked. Also u have to write a little wiki-page about your hero (picture, name and at least one line like: [character] is a [archetype] who likes blackjack and hookers or something is enough. You also should sometimes interact with the social events. But these are things we can discuss when we really start this SG.
