Friends log in pop up

Okay, for some reason one (And only one) of my friends @ name has been appearing with logged out followed right away by logged in regularly while he's playing, and by regularly I mean at time like multiple time a minute. He's not logging in and out he's continuing to play the game. This is happening if I'm in team with him or not. His son in the same house/computer does not do this and other freinds only pop up on screen when they log in or out. anything I can do about this?

    Does he happen to have the /anon command enabled?

    I was having a similar issue(Someone on my friend list questioned me about logging in and out several times a minute).
    I disabled the Anon command with /unhide, and they claimed it was fixed.

    Of course, that's just my experience with that issue. It could very well be something else.

    Okay, /unhide didn't work, so still open to input on how to resolve this issue.

    I think an old bug resurfaced. The game use to do the same thing with friends every time they change zones a while back. Perhaps that bit of code has reared it's ugly head again?
