Great, now that I got my gold status, I thought I'd drop an introduction here. I'm here thanks to a friend who found Champions Online via the Steam F2P re-release, and I got dragged along. It's been a fun ride so far, especially with character customisations and travel powers. Questing and doing stuff in-game never felt less draggy. My last MMO was that behemoth known as World of Warcraft, and boy, even with a mount, it still sucked. I played when level 40 (read a long long way from level 1) was the earliest you could get a horse, so the amount of slow-**** running around one has to do...

I intend to stick around for a few months at least, and try to get one character to level 40. I also hear CO has a significant roleplaying community, so I look forward to meeting some RPers. See you all in-game!
