When I use the Auction House and the item is sold I go to the UNTIL units and it says it's sold and that's it, at first i thought I was being a newbie and was missing something but I've had this problem since launch of the game and really haven't gotten much help so i just ignored it for a long time but I need some help now since I've been playing a lot more lately and haven't gotten much help from the GM's. The support page I was directed to has these steps but I run into a problem because I have no idea where or what "Window #1" and "Window #2" are on the rearrange page and in step 3 where is this "New" button? None of these thing are on the rearrange page when I hit F12 so it's confusing.

1. Press F12 to open up the Rearrange window.
2. Look for the "Window #1" and "Window #2" green zones.
3. If only Window #1 exists, click the "New" button to create Window #2.
4. Make sure Window #1 and Window #2 do not overlap at all by clicking and dragging to move them.
5. Press ESC to close and save the windows.

The money from the sale should go directly into the inventory of the character who posted the item, so you don't need to get anything from the terminals.

It looks like Window #1 and Window #2 don't exist any more, since they made all the windows resizeable and remember their own size.

I'm not sure what the exact issue you're having is, and why resizing windows would solve it?

If you're wondering how to claim your cash for sales, you don't have too.

When you get the email in-game about someone buying your item, the cash is automagically deposited in the characters resources.

Alright I guess I don't have a problem then, I thought I had an issue that was caused by my windows over lapping. I've only used the auction house once at launch of the game and figured I had an error due to the way when I tried to ask about it from a GM's and they would always respond that they filed it as a bug report with a automated message and a link to the support page. I just figured something was broken and I ignored messing with the Auction House all this time because I never got a simple response from them. Good to know now, thanks.

Yea, you should be good. It's more convenient, but most people are used to having to do something to get their money. First time I sold something in the Exchange in STO (which works the same way), I couldn't figure out how to get my money. Luckily, I was with a friend who already knew so it wasn't a big deal, but unless someone tells you, especially if you are a veteran of other MMOs, it's easy to think something is wrong.

You're far from the first person to say "Hey! Where's my money?!"

the problem I have is the numerous "auction sold" mesages.

is there a way to turn of notification of every AH sale ? I allready got the money...why do I need a mail message that I have to just delete ( or more like LOTS of messages ) ?

I really dont care who bought the lvl 12 white item I posted......lol.

    ( my wish )

Report it for spamming? Maybe it will get the 24hr silence (or however long it is.)

    :p

Heh. Yeah, I remember my first sale a few weeks ago. I had the same issue and asked my SG "Hey, what happened to my flamin' dough?!?" :D

But I not only come from a long line of MMOs where you had to go get your payment, but also from trying DCUO-- where the AH in the February patch was randomly eating items, too.
