Cannot Trade Global On at least 2 of my toons

For some reason when i try to trade global with another player it just activates the power associated with that number. It is happening on 2 of my toons now. I reported this a while ago and got no response to it. Please can i get a dev to help me with this?

    So instead of giving them money, you Uppercut/ForceCascade/GatlingGun them???

    May be completely unconnected but I've noticed that the game has been giving random windows the focus while I've been playing. Usually inventory bags. You go to move or hit a power and find a window opens because the main game window lost focus. Try clicking in the field you are trying to populate before entering the number and see if that helps.

    i do click in the little text box where you enter the amount of global you wanna trade. the cursor in the box doesnt blink at all. it is always solid and i cannot enter in an amount but yet i can use the auction house fine and enter in an amount if i am trying to sell something. ....very very strange bug this is
