    I'm still pretty new to the game.

    But I've been told by other old timers it's very rare and to try to get a price around 700G-1200G at least.

    Yes, CD is as long as per spec'ed in the wiki, though it seems to fluctuate with stats. When I first got it, it was 8mins 18secs.

    I put it in the bank and next time I looked at it, it was 9mins 6secs. I tried to change my stats around using transform device to prove this, and the chaos demon gives a lower CD, but I don't think the soul vortex works with transform devices.

    Also the damage and power cost also fluctuates, my elite version (if there is a difference) seems to go between 22-27,though I'm not sure if that amount differs as I have not bound it.

    Edit: Hmmm... I just realised the advantage on this is very useful for my glacier AT, with snowstorm... perhaps I should keep it.. if it helps an AOE attack take out a bigger mob faster, it may just justify the longer cooldown, since it only takes up a device slot.

    Funny, I bought J off the AH a few months ago, but have never seen V. I assume these two drop during Unity Missions that have the Qularr as the protagonist, they might drop during other Unity missions but I am unsure.
