Apparently the Qulaar pistols are also no longer available, but I have an extra set in storage I'd be willing to trade for the Gatling Pistols if anyone is interested. Hmm...Green Ruin is a Power Replace item? I'm not entirely sure how those work...
Does that then mean that you're locked out of slotting any Gear, or is the skin permanently unlocked once you equip it the first time?
You're free to unslot it after. The costume unlock is permanent.
