Eh, with my testing on PTS just now it's always hitting for 369 damage. Tele rad breath ticks or a henchman using a maintain cause 369 damage... it doesn't seem to be scaling on damage taken.
Incidentally, while overloaded circuits may be nice, the base power has become rather annoying to use, because you have to carefully watch for the debuff indicator to figure out if you can reapply bionic.

On that note, Vixy noticed that the debuff indicator used the same icon as the buff. That makes things even more annoying. Can haz other icon? Unless it's in this latest build...
I would prefer to see it changed to just not proc more than 1x/3s, and then remove the temporary immunity effect; reapply just refreshes. It would result in the same overall healing rate (5 tics per 15s max) and is a lot easier to manage.
I might be a bit late to this, but having tested out the new MSA I'm quite impressed. With ONH changes in the pipeline I think my archers gonna make a very strong comeback. Alternating between two 4-6s cooldown attacks granting me a steady stream of energy at 100yards seems like it'll be very viable

The Characteristic Focus attribute when picking out one's super stat in the Powerhouse is partially cut off as depicted in the attached picture.
For some reason during a retcon that I have yet to fully fathom, the tooltip in the Powers window wound up 'stuck' on what I had chosen as a super stat in the window prior. In this case, every power, no matter what, had the tooltip for Super Endurance.
I exited completely out of the Powerhouse windows and reopened (everything except leaving the Powerhouse or relogging) and the bugged tooltip remained.
Powerhouse windows are once again popping in behind the Powerhouse trainer's dialog box.

Heartily agreed - a bigger portrait is still just a portrait - it is of very little use in visually distinguishing some costumes. Changing the layout this way actually makes it harder to find some costumes, because we can see less per screen, and existing costumes are now in different positions on different rows.

Yup it also works with lunges. MSA's design seems to revolve around returning endurance for spending endurance. Toggling travel powers means you literally get endurance for nothing.
Celestial Cleansing is still not available while held/paralyzed/stunned. Please change this on the next patch as the advantage is for breaking holds.

Edit: One minor complaint...why can't we have some hoodies we can actually wear up? just the shirt and maybe a thicker hood to wear with it. That'd be perfect.

1) the power targets self 90% of the time (even when targeting enemies AND when targeting friend). It just does... don't know why.. i'm assuming this part is broken.
2) The hold release DOES work on self. But you can't access it for stuns nor intul the last part of a maintained paralyze. But for Ice cage and other holds that don't turn the power off it provides like 900 break-free points.
The urban set has some nice pieces. A few requests for it though.
For the Urban vest, can we get a version with the vest separated from the shirt underneath (and add the shirt as a separate option for females). It would be so much more versatile like that.
For the Jerseys, can we get the numbers separated from the pattern so we can choose each independently (with more number options). I think this would make it so much more usable. For example, if a SG wanted a SG uniform using the jerseys with the same design, but each person with their own number.
For the arm patches, can we get a left/right/both option. I love being able to put emblems on the side of the jacket, but would love it more if I could choose to only have it on one side if I wanted. Also can we get this added to other jackets along with a back option for emblems?

While this is true, I do not believe the power is intended to function as a way to break holds on the owner.
I'll let a dev weigh in.. but the function of the advantage obviously is to break holds and the power is obviously castable on self.
Can't believe i'm having to debate for Celestial Cleansing as if that power was OP or something... I get that alot of powers I like others don't give a **** about but that doesn't mean they should continue to suffer just cause their not popular. This isn't an argument to CAHNGE the power. I just want the functionality of the power to WORK. It'd be one thing if anyone actually tested and knew how the power worked before arguing that it shouldnt work that way based on an incorect tooltip description.

WTF?!

The discription still says EGO assists in breaking free of intangible holds. It doesn't. The tooltip also states that Celestial Cleansing has a 100ft range.. it doesn't.

And as was stated earlier, the jackets really could use the option to place the patch on either the left or right sleeve only. I also dislike that the only option for the jacket has the hoodie inside zipped up all the way to the neck. It's probably too late now but a version that isn't zipped so high, so necklaces can be paired well with it, would be great.
The Pattern function (Basic, Gem, Money) doesn't actually seem to do anything. Or also looks like the 'shorts' are missing a texture, period.
Devs, I'm also remotely not a fan of the ABSOLUTELY GIANT new picture size of the Choose your Costume to Edit screen, as well as the GIANT new font/spacing you use when scrolling through all of the costume pieces.

And personal request - I'd LOVE a Tights version of the new Chest Wear Jersey Urban. The overall look looks great, but sadly because of how it's designed (goes well past the waist compared to other outfits) it makes it hard to match up with a lot of things, IMHO.
But if you make it a basic Tights version, it'll go with everything.

Its damage is a % of incoming damage (Vixy thinks it may be around 20%). However it can be buffed beyond that and yes Elec form does buff it.
Given that it no longer has a cd....in a team, you could potentially do some good damage by buffing each team member after their debuff expires.
Especially against bosses like thera, with large AOE's
5 people reflecting 15/20% of that back at him would be hilarious

I agree with this.
Heartily agreed - a bigger portrait is still just a portrait - it is of very little use in visually distinguishing some costumes. Changing the layout this way actually makes it harder to find some costumes, because we can see less per screen, and existing costumes are now in different positions on different rows.

Ice Cage is a root, not a hold. Are you talking about roots?
