To Lexeme: High Resolution Mouse - Missed a Spot

Hey, told you about a high resolution mouse wheel issue awhile ago. Well, it was fixed in gameplay, which is awesome! I can zoom like a boss and such.

However, the UI scrolling from mousewheel is still not fixed for high resolution mouse wheels. Just thought I'd point that out for you.
