It would be nice to see a change of how you re-build your character during a RETCON.

It should be done as if you were starting from L1 and building up to L40, instead of having every thing all heaped together.

For me, having all the powers, ranks/advantages & focus/talents be applied at the appropriate level during the build process is very important.

I don't know if any one else feels the same way, but I think this would be a good thing to add to the game.

-Thx

What do you mean? I'm a bit confused from the post (maybe it's simple and I just need some coffee).

If you retcon by removing one power at a time the power choices are listed in the reverse of the order you selected them in. for a first time retcon this should coincide with the order you would normal attain them (unless you're one of the people that only visits the PH when new powers are unlocked every 3rd level instead of visiting the PH every level.

If you do a full respec you have to pick powers in tier order and are free to lump things together yourself or put them in the order you would have received them during standard play yourself.

Personally for full respecs I like lumping things together so i can put all the stuff I know I'm least likely to change (innate talent, characteristic focus, talents, travel powers and their ranks) at the bottom/expensive part of the list. that way the stuff i'm more likely to change is cheaper if I ever manager to burn through my free respec and all of the earned ones I have from various rewards.
    ^^ this.

If you want to build it in order, there's nothing stopping you. But it makes much more financial sense to keep the "definites" at the bottom and the "maybes" at the top.
