Not a clone precisely, but that's merely for the sake of concept. He is a "Viper" form of an Arbiter, but the likeness is very deliberate. I know I've shared him with the RP community before, but I thought I would just release this picture just to show off now that I got the shoulder pads I've been wanting for him for awhile.

Right, I still have some unsettled scores with the Arbiters. He will do just fine for a stand-in for Sands hiding in that other game >:-)

    Good likeness ;)

Hey use the costume, by all means I give my full creative permission. It would be nice to see more than one Arbiter in Millennium City, we could even form an SG of Arachnos look-a-likes.

just a quick Suggestion ,but there is a Visor Helmet in Helmets and Hats, that might suit your Character better ,its called Visor Down Helmet ,so you can have a closer to the Original look for the Head

Nah, I know what helmet you're referring to but it doesn't work for an Arbiter, plus I can't have the side guard thing that allows for the red on the sides so it would look bad. Believe me, if I thought there was a better way to make it I would, but as it stands this is probably the closest you could get to Arachnos without the lifetime helmet as far as helmets go. Now if I had the lifetime helmet that might be a different story, I don't know what restrictions are on that thing, but I'm willing to bet I could make use of it to get a cool looking mouth-less helm. I'm not going to pay 300 bucks to get it though =/

Awesome idea.... Arbiters are my favorite Arachnos Villain sub group from CoX. Think you could post the image file? He would work PERFECTLY with what I have been trying to do with a couple characters nemesis'! (And bringing my Arbiter wannabe from CoX to CO too.... XD)

It's a necro-helmet, able to cause a thread to rise from the dead after a gap of over three years.

    RISE FROM YOUR GRAVE!!!!!

    Man - talk about a Necro-post!

Still - this one looks like it's for a worthy cause, I LIKE that rendition above and I'd never seen it before myself! Looks like it would make for a decent Nemesis.

Okay - so here's the deal - I'm pretty sure the helmet is just the basic Full Helmet with no options. Just a blank helmet. The detail comes from the side-guard that the OP applied to it. Which is a bit of simplistic genius.

And which I will promptly steal. ^_^

So yeah, I'll see about making a costume file and posting it here in a little while. This doesn't look all that complicated (and it's using mostly standard parts anyway).

    EDIT:

Here - if anyone is interested - try this. Imgur does some strange things to the filename, so if it doesn't work as a costume file, let me know and I'll see about uploading it somewhere else where it'll work right.

I didn't have a couple of the parts used in the original image - the VIPER belt and the shoulderpads, oddly. I suspect the shoulderpads in the original might be a legacy crafting unlock that is no longer available. But the VIPER belt I think you can still get via one of the Adventure pack rewards. I thought the Roin'Esh spiked shoulders had an appropriate Arachnos look to them, so I used those. And they're relatively easy to get.

The shoulders were a nemcon drop. Which they removed for whatever illogical reason.
