Searching for SG's of various themes

Hey everyone. I'm currently looking for SG's for numerous characters of mine and could use some direction as to who to look at.

I currently have an Inquisitor of the Warhammer 40k universe and would like to bring him into a guild.

I also have been wanting to make a night-elf druid to fit into a WoW themed SG, though I suppose it would make sense to just go play WoW in that case.

I have been tossing around the idea of creating a Spartan (Halo) and having him join up with some fellow Spartan's, but I dont know if that would go over too well.

Anybody know of some interesting Themed SG's of any sort that I could make a new character to join in? I've already got a furry or two so I don't need anything along those lines. Thanks for the suggestions!

    1. Warhammer 40k theme doesn't look like a good idea, there are just not enough W40k fans around here for this idea, or they are just hiding, afraid of being sued for copyright violation (to be more specific, seen a many who actually made a costume, but saving it for the occasional themed contests rather than playing them)

    2. Better not mention WoW around here. It's actually most hated MMO outside the Blizzard's forums, I have a feeling that even mentioning it is considered a offense. But anyway, plenty of magician themed SG's around there and druid would just fit in (Druid is just a kind of nature magic user after all). Such SG's are mostly roleplaying ones but if you are RP'er (or you doesn't mind RP) you might fit in.... just not mention WoW too much, not at all best. :)

    3. And as for the Spartans. You know, Halo, another copyright violation thingy. But you will actually find a super-soldier themed SG's as well and character inspired by Spartans from Halo would fit in nicely.

I know, but you had no success reviving the dead, old topics on this matter, I was only one who even responded to that. Seems such idea "is a heresy around there, Brother-Captain Jankin" (which actually inspires me to try to create a Lord of Change themed character :D)

Counting you, me and Mike (who made this thread) you will still have just three people, while you need five more to start a SuperGroup. And not too many people excited about that idea, as you probably realized

Well, yes. But I'm hoping with persistence I can get more going. Even recruit non-fans. We will see. If you'd be interested in helping me hammer out some details, I'd love that!

You cannot rely on non-fans which mostly doesn't have idea about the matter, persistence in spamming does no good either. Let's wait, if anyone going to respond to one of the topics you tried to revive.

As was mentioned, copyright etc... If I see another kobold I'm going to eat my keyboard. There are plenty of space marine concept SGs out there, you don't have to risk a lawsuit or just rip off another IP to find something along those lines.

With that said? A fantasy creature sg? I'd join that yesterday.

haha I'm not spamming. (Or rather I'm not intending to.) As for non-fans, I didnt mean to rely on them for ideas :P I meant if I had to recruit, It wouldn't be limited to fans. I'd take anyone who was willing to embrace 40k a bit (at least aesthetically).
As to Evil Taco..I'm not really sure what you mean.
