Therakiel's wings? Where are they?

I was wondering, does Therakiel's own wings drop? I know Neplim do. But I've never seen anyone with his wings. Are they a super hard drop at 1% or not even achievable to players till Hard mode Therakiel's Temple comes out? If anyone knows please speak now! :(

    Therakiel's wings are meant to drop in TT from the big boss himself on hard mode, which doesn't exist yet.
    And by the way, 1% is actually more than any of the costume drops at the moment. The_Last estimated some 0,65% I think? You can count on many players doing TT over and over again fruitlessly for those wings.
