Lord Chronos.

While traveling from his homeplanet to earth there was an accident making his spaceship crash into earth at almost full impulse speed. Being found practicly dead by the earth's Defenders it was decided to try a scientific experiment in order to save Lord Chronos's life.

The experiment succeeded but there where some serious side effects. For one, Lord Chronos his cranium was crushed and had to be replaced by a "brain jar", also the electricity needed to jumpstart his two hearts and brain caused a severe overload. Lord Chronos his brain is now in such an overloaded state that his synapses are firing off contiously and at an much higher rate then thought possible.

Essentialy there is a heavy surplus of electric impulses and static that need to be discharged regulary or else Lord Chronos would perish. His body seems to have dealt with the situation, and overtime evolved to a state wherein he can discharge electricity at will.

Owing his life to the Defenders and the people of earth, Lord Chronos decided to stay and fight the good fight with his newly aquired powers.

** The accident also made him a bit unstable, not completely right in the jar (err I mean head).
*** Lord Chronos stands at a whopping 5 feet tall. (large on his planet. not so much here on earth)

We should make a Super Group for small and powerful lords. Lord Chronos would go great with Lord Psynapse of Egotopia. Sorry I don't have a screen to show, I'm on my phone at the mo, but will post link as soon as I get to my com.

Edit: saying that, there's a thumbnail of him as my avatar lol.
