Anyone out there with the costume piece "Bigfoot Fangs" from perk "Urban Legend"?

I'm in the process of farming the Bigfeets in Canada to get the Urban Legend perk so I can unlock the Bigfoot Fangs costume piece.

There is no picture available of this costume piece that I could find and even the Unlockable Perk Costumes thread only points to the wiki which also has no picture.

My questions are:
1) Is this one of the broken perks? It doesn't say so on the Unlock Perk Costumes thread.

2) Does anyone have a screenshot of what they look like?

3) Is it available for female characters too?

    1.I'm going on the basis that last time I checked my belt list it wasn't there
    2. The text is in yellow
    3. BUT it is not listed in my unlocked costume parts list.

    From the Dark Demon Costume Set you can only obtain 2 pieces through the C Store because the two factions Demons and Nether Demons are either missing from the game, or the count is being awarded towards a different perk.

    Included the Cobra Vest, there are 3 costume pieces that are mistated as being also available as perk rewards. So false advertising?

    Additionally, there are a number of Rank 3 pieces in game that are mislabeled. From the Dark Demon Costume Set, the Corrupted Sasquatch Belt is listed in game as Bigfoot Fangs. From the Hi-Tech Costume Set, the Qularr Back Ball is listed in game as Qularr Insect Wings and Empyrean Bracers are listed in games as the Empyrean Construct Headpiece.

    I found these two posts about Urban Legend perk. Apparently the Tribal Skulls and Spikes belt is the reward for it and also offered in the Dark Demon Set in the C-Store.

    Thanks for the info. Looks like I may put my plan on hold with the bigfooties for now.
