How to make a costume with one leg

I'm struggling to figure out how to make a costume that is "tights" based, but has one leg open and one leg of material.

Any guidance would be much appreciated!

    Its called the jester pattern

    The trick is to set the type to SKIN and then choose the jester pattern.

    You can wear it with shorts, skirts, hipwear, etc too
