I have a costume concept that includes a Wonder Woman-like bustier. I have not found anything remotely like that. All I find are tank tops, bikinis and all the same things only with tattoos under them. I found one as an overlay but you still had to have one of the above mentioned items under it which looks pretty stupid. Am I missing it, is there one available, or is this one of those items you have to earn?
I hope it's not an earned item, blood may come out of my ears if that happens again.
Theres Bustier Strapless in Chest Wear>Chest Layer. But you need to wear bra under it.
Closest what you get to Wonder Bra.. Bustier.
I haven't quite figured out the reasoning on that myself. Like straps suddenly make a bra that wouldn't even work without lots of tape or glue to keep it in place more acceptable than a strapless.
I mark it down to not enough women working at Cryptic who have influence in the art department.
Wait.. so we're saying shoulders aren't suitable to anyone above 18 now? The hell is the world coming to?
I assume you mean below 18. I agree it's ridiculous that killing people is fine, but bare shoulders might corrupt teenagers. It's the same problem for key-hole costumes apparently.
I see five year old girls wearing strapless tops at the pool all the time. Heck, I wore a strapless top to the beach when I was seven! (Broken collar bones make straps a literal pain.)
The argument for more "skin with tights" options is a good one and is noted. We will make creating more tights options of this type, especially for female characters, a priority for one of our upcoming updates.
As for the specific "bra strap" issue, we did fight this battle with the ESRB, even citing other previous games which allowed strapless options. In short, the standards of the ESRB change over time, and it was their call to disallow "Strapless" bra textures on the female chest.

The ESRB argument is pretty weak imo.
The argument is solid, the ESRB being able to change standards is pretty weak. Too many different people and organizations deciding what is an isn't appropriate and then changing their minds. There needs to be a set guideline that all follow and are bound to. But until there is we get to put up with wearing what they tell us we can.
yeah, the cracking down on ANY nudity is just plain ridiculous. what is it, the 1800's? like 13 year olds have NEVER seen a bare shoulder before. besides, the bras, garters, and whatnot are FAR FAR FAR more revealing than the keyhole costumes and whatnot. *sigh* who the hell puts these people in charge of this stuff? oh well, I can just make due with what i have
I don't use much nudity in my costumes anyway, but it still seems stupid to force limits like that, especially when violence and whatnot is completly ignored by these same nuts.....

This I agree with.

I mean there are tops with like.. 3 feet of "sideboob" and a slanty skirt with a cheek hanging out.. but strapless is bad. Right.
