Perk Unlocks

Are the costume perks not accessable account wide? Let me explain what I mean. During the Halloween event I unlocked the exposed skull rotting flesh zombie head (forget perk name) and went to the vendor to purchase it on my main. When I created a new hero it was not available.

Do we really have to go to the perk vendor on every toon for things like this? If so that's a bit ridiculous! I have to spend global on something that I should've been able to do from the start. Why say things are account wide if they really aren't. Heh...

    No the 5k perk unlocks are account wide. Also, the last time I checked my bloodmoon unlocked items are on all the toons I make....

    Yes, I think you may have missunderstood. The perk itself is unlocked for all characters, as in I don't have to grind for it on the new character BUT I do still have to purchase it at the vendor before it will show up in the tailor for said character.

    Also, this is the perk zombie head, not the zombie mask head. That one did show up immediately in the costume creator.

    Really? that's what i thought aswell, but i don't have it on any of my other characters. Can't buy the bloodmoon unlocks on my other toon. Or it's bigged, becasue some of te parts, like the skull mask thing, can't be accessed for my other characters. =(

    I've just experienced the same thing with Shroud "Torn" Cape. I have the In Memoriam perk earned and went to the vendor and purchased the costume piece. However the piece is not available account wide.
