Chest emblems are they more?

Just seen a guy with a speech bubble with a ! in the middle. Under my chest emblems when i'm making a char i don't see anything like that. Just has the turbine etc, is that something extra you buy? Or is their just something i'm not seeing in the char creator?

    Its in there. You have to choose a part that has emblems as a choice and then you get an extra drop down. Its usually in the chest/torso part of the creator.

    you cant choose those emblems with some kinds of armor btw.

    maybe your using something big on your chest?

    in the c-store there are beast, scfi, weapons emblems to buy each 80 cp.
