Polo Shirts and ties?

Trying to make a cop costume. I got the polo shirt with the patches on the shoulders , but theirs no option for the tie with the polo shirt. Course no badge to wear, but isn't their anyway to get a shirt with a tie?

    First I gotta ask you, where do you get a polo shirt or collared short sleave shirt because I have been looking all over. Also sometimes I pick a layer that allows ties first, make the tie than I make the shirt. For some reason some items like belts and neck items you have to prepare in a certain order to show up.

    Go to chest wear then chest layer it's listed there. I see the police officers with the polo shirts and ties but it's not letting me do that. Kinda wish they was a option to wear a badge too.
