Purchasable Costume Set problems

I recently purchased one of the costume sets available on the C-Store and am disappointed. The set i purchased was the "Wild Things" set. My disappointment comes from the fact that the costume piece I purchased the set for, the Fin Trio top accesory, cant be used with my current costume. A few questions...

Why cant this piece be used with Bestial heads?

Is there somewhere where you can find out what is included in a set and where the pieces can be applied? (not just in a screenshot)

Is there a way to have the pieces removed and the cryptic points refunded?

Had i known the piece i was after couldnt be used with what i had, i would not have purchased the set.

    Iwish but I bought the Helloween head/hats and got stuck with them also.

    Bit late to the party but I'd like to agree. I purchased both the Wild things and Villains set hoping to use a few peices from them. Apparently the PSI (I think) facial markings cannot be used with the noseless facial option. Thankfully though I can use one of the pieces but if I knew this ahead of time I would have just grinded out the kills to get it instead of thinking I could use three parts from the back only to find out they're incompatible.

    Cryptic really should explain what they can and cannot work with, or give us a refund option.
