I hope you take this as constructive criticism and not a dig at your skill, but you've fallen pretty far into the uncanny valley there. Not that I could do better, I suppose.

The uncanny valley is the section between almost real and real where something looks almost too real, but is not. Which can sometimes make something look unintentionally creepy.

Well i'll take it as a complement, since my goal is to produce, animate, and compose my own Final Fantasy Advent Children quality film.

I think the main thing people find weird about it is the mouth/facial structure, but that's just a common feline characteristic, it's not a mistake.

I agree, it doesn't even have to do with the face, it has to do with all, it's weird and creepy, modeling, texturing, skinning and animation. I would highly recommend you to try to modelize your toon yourself, not use some softs like DAZ or POSER. You want to reach Final Fantasy Advent Children quality ? Sorry, but it won't be possible if you don't invest yourself a lot more than that.

    And I'm polite enough I hope :D

    - EDIT -
maybe if you made the breasts larger It could be overlooked

No (over)amount of boobs will help^^
