Xbox360 Controller not working with XBCD installed on PC.

I installed XBCD Xbox controller drivers for another game on my PC, and for some reason my Champions Online wont recognize my xbox360 controller anymore... Has anyone else had this issue? If so, what was the workaround, without hopefully having to uninstall the XBCD drivers....?
